"water works"

When drawing the pen and ink original of this I was thinking of random forms littering the view with liquid flowing over them. So when I digitized it I went for a wet look to most of the surfaces. It came out pretty much in line with what I was thinking, but I may take another pass at this to bring more shadows into play and balance it better.
